Idea generator responsible for the overall development, implementation and supervision of the agency's creative product: design, copy and production as it relates to television, radio, print and digital for the company's marketing and advertising campaign objectives.
Direct the creative product at the agency and strive for excellence in everything from concept to completion of multiple projects designed and developed by the Creative team consisting of Associate Creative Director, Art Director, Copywriters, Art Studio, and Producers, as well as manage several projects at the same time.
Organize and prioritize projects and attend Creative input meetings to develop creative strategies and implement all creative requirements.
Approve all creative work before it is presented to the client. Champion brand tone, look and feel throughout creative strategy and execution and ensure alignment with corporate brand approach.
Manage productions and post-productions and/or decide which team members will take the responsibility. Plan and accomplish goals using experience and judgment. Lead and direct the work of others.

Participate in the selection of vendors, such as broadcast directors, illustrators, photographers, and production requirements, such as casting and other talent.
Oversee the selection and management of all freelance services.
Represent the agency for creative, professional, civic functions. Interview and screen applicants for creative positions as well as hiring and terminating. Guide the creative team through creative concepts, executions and departmental processes.
Act as a mentor and support the Creative team's professional development. Keep up to date with technology and cultural trends.
