It was a pleasure watching the videos and we discussed them very intensely!
Some were brilliantly done but simply did not fit to the positive image we want to transport with Fa. Some had a strong story telling but left too much room for interpretation for the viewers and others were – from our perspective – not unique enough.
For future contributions, please keep in mind that we look for strong story telling with viral potential, while at the same time having a strong brand fit.
Overall, we strongly hope that you will continue contributing in coming contests from Henkel.

We discovered eYeka from a common friend who has participated in another eYeka contest. We are a team of 2 students, Thomas Cytrynowicz and me, and we make videos in our spare time. We participate in contests mostly to gain experience, it is something unique in itself. We also make some videos for ourselves, and some interviews for associations etc. This Fa contest attracted us because the brief was really broad, and the ideas could stay pretty simple.
As students, we have a limited budget, and thus the videos we make can’t be too expensive. To find the idea, we basically brainstormed for a few hours, and here is the result!
We love this video as it easily transports the message of how to feel fantastic. Everyone got the core idea of this video at once and it evoked the same emotion for all viewers. This is essential for a good video and it might even have some viral potential. Also, we truly love the actors! Especially the guy is super authentic and at the same time very charming due to the French accent.

I began searching for contests after a few years of directing industrials in Atlanta, hoping for the freedom to inject more creativity and thought into my work. After a few weeks of browsing, I stumbled onto eYeka. I found myself drawn to the community, the clients, and the extremely helpful support team.
I chose Fa first because I liked the brief, liked the brand, and saw the opportunity to make something beautiful.
Gerhardt Slawitchka, a friend and peer, tag-teamed this particular video with me. We pooled our time and resources create the strongest possible entry; we approached the commercial as a 1 minute short film.
As filmmakers we try to draw as much as possible from the films and directors we love. From Paul Thomas Anderson to Steven Spielberg, the groundwork has been laid, and I hope to bring as much thought and care to my work as the heroes I look up to.
Congrats, you managed to impress us with this very high quality of production! For sure, we are used to see professional videos. But we did not expect such a high quality video from a co-creation contest! We LOVE the perfect play with light, sound, the total scenery. And we really love the very strong and positive attitude of the actress. Her body movement, her confidence – she is brilliant!

We quite enjoyed this positive mood film with strong, confident and positive women, having a strong brand fit. The speaker (content and voice / pronunciation) is very strong and catches the attention. The video might have ranked higher if a stronger story was told. As it is now, it is more of a mood film which is very well done, but has less viral potential.
